I can't win.
My blood sugar goes low, so I need to treat it. But one of the symptoms of being low, is hunger, so I get cravings. I eat. My blood sugar spikes and goes high. Then I get the symptoms of a high blood sugar.. This is my life. Every single day. It’s a never-ending roller coaster, and I just want off.
