I know you are super good at giving advice and listening to peoples problems. So I thought I would come to you with this. I'm really insecure. Awe hun, I’m so sorry that you feel that way. We all are insecure about certain things, even I am. But God makes everyone different! You’re unique, and I bet you’re beautiful! Plus, you’re only 14 and have a lot of time to grow! Try your best to view it differently! Instead of feeling bad, just look at it like, “This is the way God made me. I’m beautiful no matter what.” and honestly? You truly are beautiful no matter what! Good luck in school, and if you ever need anything else I am always here for you! ❤

I have IBD, & it's so painful and terrifying. I wish it would just go away. I also wish there were more people like you who are educated on this disease! It's like a "secret" , too "gross" to be known. It's a shame. Thank you. <3

That’s okay! This is why I spread awareness though! IBD stands for inflammatory bowel disease. IBD involves chronic inflammation of all or part of your digestive tract. The two primary diseases of IBD includes ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease. IBD can be painful and debilitating, and sometimes leads to life-threatening complications. It causes VERY painful abdominal pain and cramping. Also ulcers all throughout your digestive tract along with many other symptoms. And in the process can lead to many other diseases. It’s tough, I see my best friend struggle on a daily basis. But I believe in her and support her through all her good and bad days! Always will! ❤

Today, May 19th is World IBD Day! I already knew this on my own because my best friend in the entire world, Kelly, suffers from IBD and other chronic illnesses. When someone you care about goes through something so debilitating, it hurts you too. She means the world to me, and is like a sister. She’s family, and it’s hard seeing someone you love so much suffering. So please, SPEAK OUT! Raise your voice! BE HEARD! Spread awareness for IBD, because it’s not easy, and more people need to know about it. <3 I love you Kelly! This post is also for all my other spoonies/chronic illness fighter friends, whom I am so blessed to have met! I love you all and care about you all so much! STAY TOUGH AND KEEP FIGHTING! You CAN do this!!
